According to the 2025 Randstad Employer Brand Research, the automotive industry is viewed as the most attractive employment sector in Poland, selected by 53% of respondents. Close behind were home appliances, automotive components, electronics/electrotechnics, and business services (51%). The IT sector dropped from first place last year to ninth (49%). Respondents praised manufacturing sectors for their modern technology, career paths, and benefits—especially in companies backed by international investors.

Energy and business services offer the most attractive pay, while household goods producers are seen as best for work-life balance. Preferences vary regionally, shaped by local industry presence. The survey included over 171,000 respondents worldwide, including 4,600 in Poland.
