Research: SME’s deterioration in sentiment and investment forecasts
Deteriorating sentiment in the SME sector and a decrease in investment plans for the next three months of this year are the main results of the study by the Keralla Research Institute "Skaner 2Q2019."
According to the latest survey, the percentage of companies expecting a deterioration in the economic situation of the country increased compared to the first quarter of this year. Currently, 32 percent of forecasts are negative, compared to 26 percent in the previous quarter. The respondents also indicated a lower propensity to invest and recruit new employees in the second quarter of 2019 compared to the beginning of the year.
