Retail Sales in Poland Increased by 2.4% YoY in January

According to Eurostat, retail sales in Poland increased by 2.4% year-on-year in January, following a 4.3% year-on-year increase in December 2022. On a monthly basis, sales rose by 1.2%. The annual data was adjusted for the number of working days, and the monthly data was seasonally adjusted. Eurostat's data includes the smallest firms employing fewer than 10 people, such as small family shops, but excludes car sales.
