Robyg has started selling 371 apartments in its new Lira House project, marking the developer’s entry into the Łódź housing market. The building will have 5 to 9 floors, with units ranging from 25 to more than 90 m². The company notes that Łódź is growing rapidly and attracting young residents, which has encouraged further investment. Robyg already has a presence in the city through its subsidiary Vantage Rent, which delivered two rental projects totaling 533 units that are now almost fully occupied.

Lira House expands the group’s offer for buyers seeking modern, functional and environmentally friendly homes. Robyg develops and sells housing, while Vantage Development focuses solely on the private rented sector.
