The ROBYG Group has launched the 5th stage of the Osiedle Życzliwa Praga investment. The offer includes another pool of 93 apartments with areas ranging from 35-89 sqm with large balconies, terraces, and gardens. Construction will start in August this year, and the apartments will be ready by the end of 2022. The Życzliwa Praga estate is located in Warsaw, near Tarchomin – at the junction of the North Bridge route and Modlińska Street. Thanks to this, it is well connected with every district – the metro station is only 5 minutes by tram, and the metro journey to the center takes only 15 minutes.
