Rock Capital moves in

Rock Capital, a retail park developer and investor, has leased 460 sq m in the Metropolitan Warsaw building, relocating its headquarters to the fully renovated first floor. The office was designed by Bit Creative, with Neo-Świat overseeing the fit-out. BNM – Real Estate Advisory supported Rock Capital in negotiating the seven-year green lease.
Located on Warsaw’s Piłsudski Square, Metropolitan Warsaw comprises three interconnected seven-story buildings offering over 33,700 sq m of office and 3,300 sq m of retail and service space. It also features a public courtyard, fashion boutiques, a fitness club, and 441 underground parking spaces—including public access and EV charging stations. Cyclists benefit from dedicated facilities.
The property boasts several sustainability and connectivity credentials: BREEAM Excellent, WELL Health-Safety Rating, and Platinum WiredScore certifications. Ebru Capital manages the asset.
