Ronson to start new scheme in Szczecin market
Developer Ronson Development will soon start construction work on its Nowe Warzymice residential project in Rajkowo near Szczecin. The scheme will comprise over 460 apartments with its first phase to deliver 54 units. In Szczecin, the company is now working on the Panoramika development, which will offer more than 600 apartments at full build-out. Since the beginning of this year, Ronson Development, which is also active in Warsaw, Poznań and Wrocław, has already started investments comprising a total of over 1,000 homes.
