Rooftop Terraces Redefine Urban Living in BPI Real Estate Projects

Belgian developer BPI Real Estate Poland is setting a new standard for urban housing by incorporating rooftop terraces into its residential projects. Active on the Polish market for 15 years, the company offers exclusive rooftop spaces that combine panoramic city views with greenery, relaxation zones, and sustainable design.
The flagship Chmielna Duo in Warsaw features a lush rooftop terrace available to all residents, blending Art Deco architecture with eco-conscious solutions such as BREEAM “Very Good” certification. The development includes 243 apartments and six service units.
In Wrocław, the Czysta 4 project promotes the 15-minute city concept. Its rooftop garden is designed for leisure and features photovoltaic panels and a rainwater harvesting system, underlining the project’s green credentials.
In Poznań, the Panoramiqa estate offers a rooftop terrace on the 17th floor with sweeping views of the city. Reserved for residents, the space fosters community while enhancing the overall living experience. With high energy efficiency and over 270 ready-to-move-in apartments, Panoramiqa also helps reduce maintenance costs.
“Through our designs, we give unused space a new dimension. We want our developments to be synonymous with sustainability, innovation, quality architecture, and craftsmanship. By choosing to create green rooftop spaces exclusively for residents, we offer more than just an additional leisure zone. It’s also a way to tap into the urban potential of each investment—tailored to its surroundings and aligned with the principles of sustainable development,” Mariusz Gajżewski, Head of Sales, Marketing and Communication at BPI Real Estate Poland, said.
BPI’s rooftop terraces aren’t just architectural features – they symbolize a shift in urban living, prioritizing comfort, sustainability, and community. These developments prove that green rooftops are more than a luxury – they're essential to modern city life.
