Rutkowski Group targets 800 annual home sales and expands into PRS
Rutkowski Group sells about 400 homes a year and aims to double that volume by 2030. The regional developer raised PLN 30 mln in its Catalyst bond market debut to support growth, including land purchases. It plans to begin sales at its first Warsaw project, a small building in Białołęka, in the first quarter of 2027. The company is also preparing its first PRS development, with 700 rental units on Gdańsk’s Młode Miasto site and a building permit targeted for the first half of 2027.
A 20,000-square-meter retail park is planned near Gdańsk’s Kowale junction. Rutkowski expects to develop several retail parks annually, while keeping housing as its core business.
