RWI Investment Group to begin construction of office building in Gdańsk
RWS Investment Group is launching construction of a modern office building on Słowackiego Street in Gdańsk, set to open in autumn 2026. The project responds to the company’s rapid growth, expansion of real estate operations (residential, retail parks, office and hotel segments), and team enlargement. The new headquarters will house key departments and a central sales office. Located strategically between Wrzeszcz and the Tri-City bypass, the building will feature a three-story layout, modern design, green terraces, and employee-friendly infrastructure.
Construction begins July 20, 2025. RWS has obtained a valid building permit and selected Przembud as the general contractor. The office will strengthen RWS’s market presence and support its continued development across Poland.
