Wages in Poland's business service centers are growing at less than 5% annually, a significant slowdown from the previous double-digit increases, according to recruitment firm Michael Page. Areas like IT and software development have seen wage growth stagnate, even falling below inflation rates.

However, roles such as ERP implementation specialists and FP&A professionals are experiencing double-digit salary increases due to high demand, with FP&A managers earning up to PLN 35,000 monthly, a 25% rise y/y.

The sector is shifting toward advanced functions like business analysis and data management, driving demand for highly skilled workers. Automation and ERP adoption are standardizing processes, reducing the need for certain roles but emphasizing adaptability and technological proficiency.
