Sale of City 2 office building in Wrocław means a pivot to apartments for Archicom
Archicom has finalized the sale of its City 2 office building in Wrocław for €31 million to a private Polish investor, marking the completion of its real estate portfolio optimization strategy. According to board member Rafał Zboch, the sale allows the company to fully focus on residential development, aiming to strengthen its market leadership.
City 2, located at Traugutta 55 and nearly fully leased to major tenants like Orange, NFZ, and Asseco, offers around 13,000 m² of office space. Archicom, part of Echo Investment and listed on the WSE since 2016, reported a 29% y/y sales increase in Q1 2025. The company plans to deliver 2,400 apartments by year-end, exceeding 2024’s total.
