Sales and construction of Nowa Praga investment from Asbud Group begins
Architecture reminiscent of old Prague, green surroundings, and an excellent location briefly describe Asbud Group's latest investment, whose sale and construction are just starting. Nowa Praga, located on Jagiellońska Street in Warsaw, is an investment that will give a new life to old, post-industrial areas.
“Already at the design stage of Nowa Praga, we were keen to preserve the unique character of the place, and at the same time revitalize the post-industrial neighborhood of Jagiellońska Street. The location has great potential, which we want to use. Our project is part of a new district being revitalized within all sustainable manners, hence residents would find all needed within the subject area without commuting to different locations. In the next stages, we plan to expand the residential part, enriching it with service and recreational functions. We believe that our investment will be the spark that will give new life to these old post-industrial areas,” Raied Tanous, CEO of Asbud Group, said.
