Saski Point office building at ul. Marszałkowska 111 in Warsaw to be demolished
Warsaw’s Saski Point office building at 111 Marszałkowska Street will be demolished rather than converted into apartments as previously planned. Owner Roceporthill Investments concluded that conversion was impractical after a detailed technical assessment. A new residential building designed by JSK Architekci will retain roughly the same 30-meter height and overall form. It will contain 48 apartments ranging from 45 sq m to about 220 sq m, with premium units and large terraces overlooking Saxon Garden on the upper floors.
Demolition is scheduled for completion around the turn of 2026/2027, while the new building should be finished by Q3 2028. Saski Point, completed in 1999, currently offers about 8,300 sq m of office space.
