SatRev Satellite, PW6U, ready to launch on SpaceX mission
SatRev has completed preparations for the launch of its PW6U nanosatellite, which has been delivered to the SpaceX Transporter-15 mission set for 19 November 2025. PW6U, designed and built in Wrocław, represents a new generation of SatRev’s satellite platforms and demonstrates the company’s ability to carry out the full satellite development cycle—from design and production to software, mission control, data acquisition and analysis. The 6U-class satellite is equipped with a multispectral optical instrument providing RGB and NIR imaging at 5.8 m resolution from 500 km altitude, as well as an onboard AI-powered real-time data-processing module. It uses key subsystems developed in-house, including communications, power management and the onboard computer. PW6U will join another SatRev satellite already operating in orbit and serving commercial and institutional clients.
The launch logistics, coordinated with international partners, confirm SatRev’s operational maturity and readiness for advanced missions. These capabilities support the company’s expanding role in defence and dual-use technologies focused on critical infrastructure and security. Simultaneously, SatRev is preparing to enter the NewConnect market and has joined ORBITEO, a new Polish tech holding aimed at integrating expertise across defence, space, UAV and deeptech sectors.
