Savills Investment Management Appoints Ilona Szafer as Head of Poland
Savills Investment Management has named Ilona Szafer as Head of Poland, overseeing a €1.7 billion portfolio of office, logistics, and retail assets. Based in Warsaw, Szafer will lead the local team and be responsible for investment, acquisition, and asset management strategy.
Previously Head of Asset Management Retail at Savills IM Poland, she brings over 20 years of experience, having worked at MARK Capital Management, IMMOFINANZ, and TriGranit. She joined Savills IM in 2017 at the launch of its operations in Poland.
Under Szafer’s leadership, Savills IM aims to build on its strong position in Poland, where it has grown its portfolio to 1.5 million sqm over the past eight years. Globally, the firm manages €26.1 billion in real estate assets.
