Global commercial real estate advisory firm Savills has opened an office in Katowice. Its new regional office will serve clients looking for modern office and industrial space in Silesia and deliver services for real estate landlords. Following the latest trends in flex office growth, Savills new office will be based in flexible spaces provided by Regus. Its Katowice office will be located in building B of the Silesia Business Park, 150 Chorzowska Street.

“The strategic location of Katowice and further infrastructure improvements which will shorten the train journey time to Krakow to just one hour this year make this city one of the key and fastest-growing locations in southern Poland. Our new office will help us get closer to our clients and further enhance our response to their needs. I strongly believe in Silesia’s potential and growing importance to the Polish economy. I also have a strong sentimental attachment to this region, where I come from and whose growth I’ve been watching for years,” Tomasz Buras, CEO, Savills Poland, said.

Savills is a letting agent on two office buildings in Katowice, both are owned by M7 Real Estate and are located near the Valley of Three Ponds. One is Green Park, a complex of eight buildings with a total area of 25,000 sqm, and the other is Atrium in Graniczna Street, offering 12,800 sqm.
