International real estate advisory firm Savills has decided to renew its lease and stay on in Q22 in the center of Warsaw, its head office in Poland. Q22 is one of the most sustainable and user-friendly office towers in Central Europe.

Savills has renewed its lease for 1,080 sqm with an expansion option to accommodate its rapid growth as it already has more than 200 employees throughout Poland. The leasing process was handled by Savills Tenant Representation team, which carried out a location study and renegotiated the lease in cooperation with the law firm Kochański & Partners.
