Savills takes on another office building in Wola
Real estate advisory firm Savills has been appointed as the leasing agent for office space in Karolkowa Business Park, located in Warsaw’s Wola district.
Karolkowa Business Park, completed in 2015, is a class A office building with 18,500 sqm of leasable space spread over 11 floors. It seamlessly blends a modern glass façade and elements of a renovated former factory. The office building is located in the heart of Warsaw’s new business center, at the junction of Karolkowa and Grzybowska streets, close to the Warsaw Uprising Museum. The very center of the city can be reached in minutes by car and public transport, including by metro from the nearby Rondo Daszyńskiego station.
