Scanway has contract with Łukasiewicz Network for testing of space instruments
Scanway has signed a framework agreement with Łukasiewicz – Instytut Lotnictwa to conduct environmental testing of optical instruments for space applications. The cooperation covers vibration and thermal vacuum (TVAC) tests carried out at the institute’s laboratories.
The partnership supports Scanway’s transition from project-based work to serial production for the global New Space sector. It will enable testing at all development stages, ensuring compliance with international standards.
The deal reflects a broader trend of growing importance of domestic research infrastructure in Poland’s space sector, helping companies develop technologies locally while scaling production and strengthening global competitiveness.
