Scanway prospectus approved to debut on Warsaw Stock Exchange
Poland’s Financial Supervision Authority (KNF) has approved the prospectus of space technology company Scanway, allowing it to move its listing from the NewConnect market to the main market of the Warsaw Stock Exchange. The company expects its debut on the main market in late March or early April. Since listing on NewConnect in October 2023, Scanway has grown rapidly, with its market capitalization increasing from about PLN 58 million to over PLN 500 million, while its share price has risen more than 340% in the past year.
In 2025 the company reported revenue of PLN 24.3 million and EBITDA of PLN 2.2 million. Scanway’s strategy for 2026-2028 aims to position the company among Europe’s leading integrators of optical payloads for space missions.
