Euro Styl of the Dom Development Group, the biggest residential developer in Poland, launched the sales of 114 serviced lofts in MONTOWNIA – in a historical building situated on the former shipyard land in Gdańsk. The renovated building will be adapted to the hotel functions. A conference center, a food hall, and an office part will be contained there.

Exceptional and comfortable lofts

The MONTOWNIA building is an excellently preserved structure of the area of ca. 9,000 sqm. On the ground floor, a food hall in the area of 2,000 sqm has been designed and it will be complemented with a conference center. The atmosphere of this place will be highlighted by original industrial artifacts incorporated in the design (such as gantry, shipyard lamps). Retaining the characteristic gallery-like layout of the building will allow a unique match of the functions. The food hall will be detached from the serviced lofts on the higher stories with a monumental glass ceiling. These will be fully furnished apartments (with their own kitchenettes), capable of hosting even 4-6 guests each. Their floorage will be from 37-51 sqm, and the height of the floor of over 5 m shall allow for the construction of mezzanines. A spacious reception lobby, operating 24/7, will lead to the lofts. Guests who appreciate advanced technology will be able to check-in and access their apartments using their smartphones, without having to use the services of the reception desk. The building will also contain common areas for the guests – business rooms and children’s playroom.

MONTOWNIA is part of a wide-scale DOKI project. This is the beginning of a new-born quarter of Gdańsk within the area of Młode Miasto, on the former shipyard lands, similar to the London Docklands, HafenCity of Hamburg, or Aker Brygge in Oslo. In the MONTOWNIA neighborhood, the DOKI Living residential part is being built as well as the DOKI Office office part – constructed by Torus.

MONTOWNIA is situated in an attractive location – close to the historic Gdańsk heritage pieces, such as the Gdańsk Shipyard Gate No. 2, BHP Hall, European Solidarity Centre, or the Museum of WW II, and at walking distance from the Old Town and  Neptune Fountain. In this way, the lofts will be an excellent solution for traveling families and groups of friends, but also for business guests who will stay in Gdańsk for longer periods. Within a few minutes only from MONTOWNIA, one can reach the Main Railway Station, where the Fast City Train stop is located. In the vicinity, there are also bus and tramway stops, whereas driving to the airport takes 20 minutes only.

The MONTOWNA business model assumes sales of individual units of the hotel function. Every loft has its own land and mortgage register. Investors who will buy the premises will earn revenues without engaging their own time and effort.

“We have established a professional operator company which will manage the lofts. The partnership model of cooperation shall guarantee full safety of the investors’ money deposited on escrow account – we have applied the solution similar to residential premises built pursuant to the Developer Act,” says Mikołaj Konopka – President of Management Board of Euro Styl and Member of the Management Board of Dom Development.

A professional operator created by Euro Styl Group shall ensure comprehensive handling of the project and shall take care to ensure maximal demand for letting the apartments, and it will guarantee the highest standard of the offered services.

The planned term of delivery of MONTOWNIA is for Q4 of 2022. The investor has already started construction works and sales.
