Shape Tomorrow Today – What’s New at Infoshare 2025?

For 18 years, Infoshare has been building and developing an engaged tech community, providing valuable knowledge, inspiration, and a space for industry networking. In 2025, the organizers are placing even greater emphasis on the application of technology for business growth, relationship-building, and strengthening both corporate and personal brands.

Evolution Aligned with Market Needs

Infoshare has long been not just following but also shaping trends in the tech industry.

“This transformation is a response to what we hear from our community and partners,” says Grzegorz Borowski, founder of Infoshare. “The technology market is constantly evolving. Working in this industry means you must continuously update your knowledge and refine your skills.”

At the same time, companies are no longer just looking for new employees—they need a space to build partnerships, access the latest technologies, and gain proven expert knowledge for their teams,” he adds. “All of this can be found at Infoshare in Gdańsk, at AmberExpo in May.”

New Claim: Shape Tomorrow Today

The theme of this year’s edition, Shape Tomorrow Today, symbolizes subtle changes in the DNA of the event. Infoshare is becoming a platform that directly connects technological innovation with business and networking.

Notably, this year, the conference has received the honorary patronage of Poland’s Minister of Digital Affairs, Krzysztof Gawkowski.

What Can Participants Expect This Year?

  • Expert discussions on the impact of technology on the world and daily life.
  • Inspirational talks on the latest trends such as AI, Big Data, Cybersecurity, and other leading technologies.
  • Innovative solutions and tools that support growth and facilitate daily work.
  • Business scaling strategies, knowledge-sharing, and case studies.
  • Brand-building insights, both personal and corporate, through networking, client acquisition, and collaboration opportunities.
  • A competition for the most innovative startup in the sustainable development sector (Tech4Good).
  • Participants can attend sessions on seven thematic stages, featuring top specialists in Inspire, Growth, Marketing, Leadership, DevTrends, Architecture, and AI & Data.

New Features at Infoshare 2025

This year’s program includes new formats, such as small, interactive expert meetings and moderated discussions on specific topics, known as Round Tables. Alongside knowledge-sharing, networking opportunities will be expanded, including business Speed Dating and Matchmaking sessions.

EU Space Days

A new highlight will be the SpaceTech stage, dedicated to space technology and dual-use innovations. Infoshare 2025 will host EU Space Days, a pan-European conference organized in collaboration with the European Commission as part of Poland’s presidency of the Council of the European Union.

Achieve Business Goals with Technology

“We have built a strong technology community over the years. Now, we are creating a space where innovation meets business; where groundbreaking projects are born, and where we shape the future of technology together,” summarizes Grzegorz Borowski.

Infoshare 2025 will take place on May 27-28 at AmberExpo in Gdańsk, a city that has long been actively involved as a main partner in organizing the event.

This is an unmissable event for anyone passionate about technology, business, growth, and innovation.
