Shay Baruch has been named the new CEO of LivUp, a leader in Poland's Private Rented Sector (PRS), succeeding Roee Shamir, who led the company for seven years. Baruch, with a distinguished career and leadership roles at companies like GTC S.A., Cineworld Group Plc, and EY, brings extensive expertise to LivUp. His appointment highlights LivUp's dedication to innovation and excellence. Under Baruch's leadership, LivUp plans to expand its portfolio to several thousand flats across the region.

LivUp currently manages over 750 residential units in Warsaw and Kraków, offering high-standard, fully furnished apartments with amenities that enhance modern living.
