Shopping center, offices and dormitory being built at train station in Lublin
A mixed-use development called Centrale Business Hub is planned near Lublin’s main railway station, at Młyńska Street. The project will include two buildings with a total usable area of over 68,000 square meters, combining services, offices, coworking spaces, student housing, and a separate shopping gallery. The taller building will reach 15 floors and house a student dormitory with 468 rooms, along with office and service areas. The three-story shopping gallery will feature retail, dining, entertainment, and an atrium with natural lighting.
The investment will provide 424 underground car parking spaces and 752 bicycle spaces. Construction approval was granted on September 4, 2025, transforming a previously underused technical area near the station.
