A new retail park with 8,000 m² GLA will be built in central Września, expanding the existing Karuzela Shopping Gallery into the region’s largest commercial complex with over 20,000 m² GLA. The project, developed by Karuzela Holding and Belgian fund Mitiska REIM, is set to open in autumn 2026. Located next to the bus station and the current mall, it will serve over 100,000 residents in the area. The park will feature 10 popular brands, including Lidl, Sinsay, Half Price, Worldbox, New Yorker, Woolworth, and Smyk, along with 400 parking spaces.

Combining a retail park and a shopping gallery, the project follows modern trends in retail development and aims to create a key regional shopping destination.
