Silesian developer to spend a billion dollars on one datacenter project
DL Invest is accelerating growth while redefining its market strategy, combining domestic development with international capital expansion. The company’s portfolio has surpassed €1.2 billion, with continued focus on logistics, industrial assets and data centers. Its flagship project is a planned hyperscale data center in Silesia, developed with Boosteroid, exceeding 50 MW of capacity and requiring around $1 billion in CAPEX, with long-term potential to reach 200 MW.
While Poland remains DL Invest’s core investment market, the group is expanding financially abroad. It has issued eurobonds listed in Luxembourg, entered REIT structures in Western Europe, and is preparing for a foreign stock exchange listing. This strategy responds to global investors’ expectations for scale, diversification and active asset management, positioning DL Invest as an increasingly international real estate platform.
