M1 Bytom, managed by EPP, is expanding with new tenants. Sinsay, the LPP Group fashion brand, is now available, while FlyPark, a family entertainment park, will open this summer. The new leases cover 3,600 sqm.

“We’re transforming M1 Bytom into a destination where entertainment is as important as shopping. FlyPark, one of the region’s largest entertainment parks, is a key part of this strategy,” Ewelina Kozacka, Leasing Manager at EPP, said.

Sinsay offers trendy fashion, home decor, pet accessories, and beauty products. FlyPark features trampolines, climbing walls, and activity zones for all ages.

M1 Bytom, a major retail hub in Silesia, hosts over 40 stores, including Auchan, OBI, and Rossmann. Conveniently located near key transport routes, it provides parking for 1,500 vehicles and EV charging stations.
