Skanska Launches Awangarda Mogilska Residential Project in Kraków

Skanska Residential Development Poland has begun construction of Awangarda Mogilska, a new residential complex in Kraków. The first stage will deliver 278 apartments and six retail units, with completion scheduled for March 2028. In total, the three-phase project will offer 500 apartments, with an investment value of PLN 241 million.
The development, designed by B2 Studio, blends the area’s industrial heritage with modern architecture. Featuring a cascading loft-style structure, large windows, terraces and balconies, the project offers views of Kraków, including Wawel Castle just 2.5 kilometers away.
Amenities will include a green courtyard, underground parking with EV chargers, bike rooms, storage units, and an art-inspired lobby. Sustainability is central: photovoltaic panels, heat recovery systems with heat pumps, and anti-smog ventilators will improve efficiency. Residents will also benefit from the Apartment smart system to control heating, lighting, and water use remotely.
