Skanska sold the second stage of the Centrum Południe office complex in Wrocław for €62 million to a joint venture between Investika Real Estate and BUD Holdings. The 15-story building offers 21,500 m² of office and retail space, with LEED Platinum, WELL Gold, and Obiekt bez Barier certifications. It runs fully on renewable energy and includes sustainable features like greywater recycling, passive cooling, and energy-saving technologies. Its sole tenant, BNY, occupies all 13 office floors and earned top LEED Interior certification in Poland.

The building is also accessible and open to the community, offering green areas, outdoor workspaces, and recreational zones. The sale reflects continued investor interest in premium, ESG-compliant regional assets in Poland.
