Developer Skanska has sold the second building in the Nowy Rynek office complex in Poznań to Corum Asset Management for €36 million. The property is to be completed and transferred to the new owner in the final quarter of this year. The transacted building will comprise approximately 12,000 sqm of GLA with its office space having already been fully leased out to convenience retailer Żabka. The property is expected to be LEED-certified at the “Platinum” level.
