Skyliner office building fully leased

Karimpol Polska has leased the final office space in the Skyliner building in Warsaw to a renewable energy developer, occupying the entire seventh floor, or 1,500 sq m. Skyliner, one of Poland's tallest office buildings, was completed in January 2021 and is fully leased with 45,000 sq m of office space. It holds a BREEAM Excellent certification and is powered entirely by renewable energy.
Construction of Skyliner II at Rondo Daszyńskiego began in February 2024 and is set for completion by late 2026. This second tower will stand 130 meters high with 28 stories, featuring 24,000 sq m of office space and nearly 1,000 sq m of commercial areas. Warbud is the main contractor, and APA Wojciechowski Architekci designed the project. Karimpol Polska aims for a BREEAM Outstanding certification for the new phase.
