Apator has won PGE Dystrybucja's tender to supply remote reading meters, valued at PLN 92.7 million initially, potentially reaching PLN 126.9 million with an option clause. The meters are for 1-phase and 3-phase usage by end consumers on low-voltage networks, part of a larger legislative push in Poland to install remote reading meters by 2028.
The company, known for its international presence in metering and automation solutions for energy networks, operates in three specialized business segments: Electric Power, Water and Heat, and Gas. The contract is pending finalization post any appeals from other tender participants.
