Sobiesław Zasada will build over 600 apartments and a shopping square
Ekopark, part of the Zasada Group, has unveiled plans for a new residential development on a nearly 3-hectare site at Omulewska Street in Warsaw’s Grochów district, to be implemented under Poland’s special housing law (lex deweloper). Designed by the WWAA architectural studio, the project would provide homes for around 614–682 families, complemented by a central retail square and approximately 8,500 square meters of green space. The developer also proposes upgrading local infrastructure, including the reconstruction of a primary school and nearby roads.
The concept emphasizes sustainability, social integration, and improved urban quality. The project has received a positive opinion from the city’s planning office, but final approval will depend on a vote by Warsaw city councillors.
