Sofitel Grand Sopot, an iconic Polish hotel, has been acquired by Sinfam Investments, a Polish company specializing in premium hotel investments. The property was sold by AccorInvest, part of the Orbis group, while Accor’s Sofitel brand will continue to manage the hotel. This transaction highlights the growing activity of Polish investors in acquiring high-value assets.

Dating back to 1927, Sofitel Grand Sopot combines neo-baroque architecture with art deco influences, offering a blend of historical charm and modern luxury. The new owners plan further modernization and renovations.

“This transaction demonstrates the recovery of Poland’s hotel market and the rising competitiveness of Polish capital,” said Daniel Puchalski, co-founder of immo lab, which represented AccorInvest in the sale.
