Spaces leases space in Warsaw’s Praga
Co-working space operator Spaces has leased almost 4,600 sqm at the Monopol office project, which Liebrecht & wooD is now developing in the Praga Północ district of Warsaw. JLL advised the tenant during the process of negotiating the lease agreement. Sitting on a site lying adjacent to the Koneser mixed-use complex, the Monopol scheme will consist of two buildings offering a total of 17,500 sqm of leasable area. The development is scheduled to be completed in late 2020.
