Spravia offering 152 premises in Bokserska in Warsaw
Spravia has launched the sale of 149 apartments and 3 commercial units as part of the second phase of the Bokserska housing estate in Warsaw. This phase will feature a 7-story building, with apartments ready for occupancy in the fourth quarter of 2026. Prices start at PLN 16,600 per square meter.
Spravia is one of Poland's largest residential developers. From 1999 to 2021, the company operated under the name Budimex Nieruchomości.
