Spyrosoft begins due diligence on Engineering Engineered Framework operating in Asia
Spyrosoft has entered due diligence to acquire Engineering Engineered Framework (EEF), a South Asian group company specializing in automotive engineering services, particularly in India and South Korea. The potential acquisition aims to expand Spyrosoft’s presence beyond automotive into new sectors in Asian markets. According to the July letter of intent, Spyrosoft plans to buy 60% of EEF shares for cash, while the remaining 40% will be exchanged for shares in Spyrosoft India Private Limited, later consolidated with Spyrosoft by mid-2028.
The process is expected to conclude in 2025. Founded in 2016 in Wrocław, Spyrosoft is a fast-growing IT and software development company listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange since 2022.
