Stalprofil Group estimates net profit rose 378% y/y to PLN 33.8 mln in the first nine months of 2026, despite revenue falling 31% to PLN 1.19 bln. Improved sales mix and operating efficiency supported earnings, which included a one-time PLN 13 mln gain from acquiring Proma below its net asset value. Revenue declined following completion of major pipeline supply contracts for Gaz-System in late 2025 and a temporary slowdown in gas-sector orders. Higher steel prices, supported by EU carbon border measures, increased tariffs and tighter duty-free import quotas, boosted trading profitability. Standalone net profit reached PLN 12.4 mln versus a PLN 2.7 mln loss.

Final results are due November 27.
