Study: 30% of residents believe children without adequate study space
Polish apartments are struggling to keep pace with changing lifestyles and growing possessions, according to a Nieruchomosci-online.pl survey. Thirty percent of residents say their homes do not provide suitable study conditions for children. The most common problems are insufficient space, limited storage and layouts that are difficult to adapt. Households aged 25–44 feel the pressure most, especially after having children, while people over 55 report the greatest satisfaction with their homes.
Many properties met their owners’ earlier needs but no longer suit their lives. Buyers are therefore advised to consider future family changes, flexible room layouts and adequate storage when choosing a home. Adaptable spaces can reduce the need for costly moves or renovations later.
