Study: 60% of Poles would recommend their company to friends
Polish employees are among the most satisfied in Europe. According to SD Worx’s “HR & Payroll Pulse Europe 2025” report, 61.9 percent of Poles would recommend their employer to a friend, one of the highest rates in Europe. Workplace atmosphere and strong relationships are becoming key factors in career decisions. Studies by Pracuj.pl and KPMG show that good relations increase motivation, productivity and job stability, while poor relations often trigger thoughts of quitting. In the SD Worx survey, 71.9 percent of Poles report job satisfaction and 70.5 percent feel committed to their company, both above the European average.
Polish women report slightly higher satisfaction than men. The findings highlight the growing importance of employee referral programs as an effective recruitment tool.
