Study: Poles plan to spend more on vacation this year

According to a Rankomat.pl survey, Poles are more willing to spend on holidays in 2025, with 24% planning to spend over PLN 5,000, nearly double from last year. Rising consumer optimism and a desire to relax after economic uncertainty are driving this trend. Still, financial disparities remain—15% plan no vacation spending or are undecided, while another 15% will spend over PLN 7,000.
Most travelers seek rest and relaxation (72%), with beach holidays (48%) and city sightseeing (44%) as top choices. Experts emphasize the importance of travel insurance, warning that medical costs abroad can be extreme. A tailored policy, even at a low daily cost, offers crucial protection and peace of mind.
