Over 43% of developers expect new housing sales to continue rising in the coming months, according to Tabelaofert.pl’s September Developer Sentiment Index. However, optimism has fallen sharply from August’s record 65.3% to 43.1%, while nearly 49% now expect sales to stabilize, and about 8% foresee declines. The Sales Growth Rate Index dropped from 0.63 to 0.36 but remains high, indicating solid demand despite slower momentum.

Housing prices are stabilizing—the Price Change Index rose slightly from 0.06 to 0.07, with over 80% of developers planning no price adjustments. Around 13% expect price increases, while 6% predict declines. Meanwhile, fewer buyers expect falling prices (58%), and more anticipate gradual growth, signaling a slow shift in market sentiment.
