Swiss investors bet big on Poland

Investors have entrusted the Ufenau Capital Partners fund with a total of €3 billion, and it is providing them with above-average returns. It is looking for consolidation platforms and smaller companies in Poland that can open doors to the West. The Ufenau Capital Partners (UCP) office in Poland was established by Michał Grodzicki, who spent over six years as an investment director at the Resource Partners fund.
"We invest in the largest and fastest-growing economies in Europe, and Poland is one of them, being the fifth-largest in the EU by population and the sixth-largest by GDP. In addition, it should benefit from the nearshoring trend, which is supported by factors such as access to high-quality graduates of technical fields and good production and service infrastructure," Michał Grodzicki, investment director at Ufenau Capital Partners, said.
