Synektik, a distributor of surgical robots, reported record results for the first half of its fiscal year, from October to March. Sales from continuing operations rose 35%, EBITDA increased 46% and net profit grew 50%, excluding about PLN 260 mln related to the spin-off of Syn2Bio. Management says growth is visible across all business lines, led by surgical robot sales, while services, maintenance, radiopharmaceuticals and IT are also contributing.

IT sales doubled, and the company sees further potential in medical software, AI and systems such as Edison for noninvasive tumor treatment. Despite strong results and PLN 311 mln in new contracts, the share price barely reacted, partly due to concerns over the future end of KPO grants.
