Synektik Group robotizing hospital pharmacy at Radomsko Hospital

Synektik SA, a Warsaw-listed medical solutions provider, will automate the district pharmacy at Radomsko Hospital under a PLN 12.7 million contract. As consortium leader, Synektik will supply and install BD Rowa Vmax robotic drug storage/dispensing systems and Loccioni’s APOTECAchemo for automated preparation of chemotherapy drugs, along with shelving, software, and staff training. The systems enhance precision, reduce errors, minimize staff exposure to toxic substances, and optimize inventory, cutting storage needs by up to 50%. The project also includes automated racks for medical supplies and a direct robotic dispensing module.
This initiative aligns with Poland’s “Healthy Future” strategy (2021–2027), aiming to modernize hospital pharmacies, where most still lack robotic drug management systems.
