Synektik has signed a PLN 9.6 million contract for the delivery of the da Vinci robotic surgery system, which allows surgeons to perform minimally invasive procedures, for a hospital in Gdańsk. The da Vinci system translates the surgeon’s hand movements at the console in real time and delivers 3D high-definition views of the surgical area. The instrument size makes it possible for surgeons to operate through one or a few small incisions.

The contract covers the delivery, installation, and commissioning of the da Vinci robotic surgery system, staff training, and service care for three years. The system will be delivered within 28 days from the date of signing the contract.
