Syrena Real Estate, managing properties in Warsaw and Wrocław, has signed a four-year corporate power purchase agreement (cPPA) with Polenergia Sprzedaż. Under this deal, Syrena’s buildings will be powered by renewable energy from the FW Dębsk and FF Strzelino wind farms.
Since early 2025, four properties—Diuna (46,000 sq.m), HOP (14,000 sq.m), and PRS Habitu (3,000 sq.m) in Warsaw, plus Office Komandorska (4,000 sq.m) in Wrocław—have been fully supplied with green energy. The agreement secures 30,000 MWh to cover their electricity needs.
This move aligns with Syrena’s strategy to cut CO₂ emissions, stabilise energy costs, and enhance sustainability. "Sustainability is central to our strategy," said Syrena founder Witold Zatoński. Ireneusz Sawicki of Polenergia added that cPPAs are key to both cost control and supporting renewable energy development.
