Leading real estate developer in Poland, TAG Group, has sold 2,883 units in the Polish market in the first three quarters of 2023. The company recognized over 1,500 units in revenue. TAG Group signed 2,559 sales and pre-sales contracts as well, with Robyg signing 2,245 and Vantage signing 285.

“Sales of apartments in the first three quarters of this year are satisfactory and confirm that the whole year will be very successful,” Oscar Kazanelson, chairman of the supervisory boards of Robyg and Vantage, said.

“Demand for apartments is still high, including among foreigners who are increasingly choosing Poland as their place to live. The ‘Safe Loan’ program will certainly improve the affordability of apartments for young people, who often cannot afford to finance them on market terms. This is a very good decision,” he added.
