TAG Group signed 1,900 preliminary and developer apartment sales agreements and 290 reservation contracts in Q1–Q3 2025, with Robyg accounting for over 1,730 and 280, respectively. The group targets 2,800 total sales in 2025 and plans to reach 10,000 rental units in Poland by 2028. So far, TAG has delivered 1,190 units, transferring 1,060 to clients and 130 for rent, while Robyg handed over 800.

Robyg also expanded its land bank to 21,500 units and aims to secure more plots. Sales in Q3 rose 40% q/q, reflecting strong housing demand driven by urban migration and rental growth. Chairman Oscar Kazanelson expects continued momentum in 2025, supported by stable interest rates and improved mortgage availability.
